Our casework includes the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals; project management of large proposals; development plan analysis and submission of representations; site/land appraisals; acting as a planning witness at Public Inquiries and Hearings. The partners have considerable experience in enforcement cases, securing satisfactory outcomes for clients, either by negotiating with local planning authorities, the submission of applications for lawful development certificates or by the preparation and presentation of oral or written evidence at planning enforcement appeals.
